How we did it

MPB approached us for a complete re-brand and new design for both of their websites – the first encompassing their main product offering, and the second specialising in the design and supply of temporary classrooms. We created a new brand that is representative of the full 360 process that MPB provide, and the logo mark itself is made up of modular elements to reflect the construction of their buildings.

MPB How We Did It

User experience and user interface design

The brand was rolled out across both websites – the main MPB site utilises a clean, navigation focussed design, making it easy for users to find relevant products. Temporary Classrooms sees a heavily image-based approach, showcasing a premium offering to potential decision makers in the education sector.

Development

Our development team were tasked with creating an elaborate filtering system on both websites, ensuring a smooth user journey when it came to finding products. A comprehensive quote form also creates a straightforward enquiry process for the user, as well as supplying MPB with more detailed information so they can provide potential clients with a more accurate quote. Subtle CSS animations were added to create an engaging scrolling experience, maintaining visual interest throughout. To avoid rigidity when adding or editing content, custom flexible blocks have been utilised within the CMS, which also ensures the site is future-proof and easy to maintain for our client.

SEO

Through extensive keyword research, we established product categories that should be the primary SEO focus on the Temporary Classrooms site. The client was eager to see an increase in sales rather than rentals due to temporary resource limitations. We targeted the site nationwide, with a preference for Wales and central UK regions. For the MPB Main Site, we prioritised product categories that are considered a quick win by the client and have a swift turnaround. The strategy leaned towards optimising category pages, recognising that product offerings may change frequently. This tailored approach ensures that each website targets its respective audience effectively, maximising visibility and relevance in the competitive market of portable buildings.

The whole process from start to finish has been so collaborative, inspiring and exciting. I love our business and I think the whole Sherbet team understood that and delivered on my passion.
