What success looks like

Success for Prime Cover was creating a new website that would bring an increase in conversions and drive organic traffic to their website. They were looking for a clear and concise website that allows users to know exactly what they offer when landing on their site.

How we did it

Prime Cover came to us looking for a design that was different to their competitors, which is why we selected the addition of yellow to the colour palette, as it was a bold contrast to the blue and black that would help direct the user towards the call to action. As they wanted to increase their conversion rates, CTAs were used throughout the website design to help push this. A bespoke quote form was created especially for them to help reduce the number of irrelevant enquiries. This form is created in steps to ensure the user doesn’t become overwhelmed during completion.

Development

For Prime Cover, our initial process was SEO focused. Each page has been created with SEO in mind to target the industries they cover and the types of policies they provide. There was the addition of three different types of contact forms: a quick quote, request a callback and an upload your documents page. These have been put in place so users can be provided with information quickly but also to save the company time and to filter out any irrelevant queries. Due to the nature of their industry, we thought it was crucial to integrate Feefo reviews so users can enquire knowing Prime Cover is a trusted supplier of insurance.

SEO

Before coming on board with our SEO in October, Prime Cover had no real organic presence. They were ranking for some keywords but were only receiving clicks on branded terms. Our main focus was on improving their organic visibility and moving them onto page one for terms relating to their services. We’ve been looking at widening their scope of keywords with carefully curated content and ongoing optimisations. Since we’ve implemented our SEO strategy, Prime Cover has seen a 13% increase in organic clicks and a 193% increase in impressions in search results and this is just the start of their SEO with us!
