Meet the team
I am the company accountant and I handle all the accounting matters for Sherbet Donkey. I fell into accountancy when I was 18, straight out of school, when I was offered a job by a family member, although I didn’t officially qualify until 1997.
I came to work at Sherbz when the company began, as I’d already been working with Loki in his other businesses for many years before.
In my free time, I’m a total adrenaline junkie and I love scuba diving, kite surfing and kite buggy-ing (if you don’t know what that is, then Google it or look on YouTube!), water skiing and clay pigeon shooting.
I love very hot chillis, great coffee and collecting expensive watches, and I also used to be a club DJ. When I’m out and about I’m a mystery shopper, and, at home, I share my house with my four degus, Bubble, Squeak, Lychee and Butternut.
